Learning objective: to gain a well-founded overview of the possibilities of influencing communication, reflection on one’s own behavior in everyday work as a trainer, coach and/or manager.
Components: Communication models, types of communication, giving and receiving feedback.
Day 2 | Date: 09.09.2025
Learning objective: To gain an in-depth understanding of one’s own trainer role and comprehensive know-how on managing groups, to reflect on one’s own application competence and to improve it individually.
Components: Group dynamics and types of groups, method case Group work and presentation.
Day 3 | Date: 10.09.2025
Learning objective: Further develop instruments for knowledge transfer and presentation, reflect on own application competence and improve it individually.
Components: Rhetoric, method case knowledge transfer, improvisation and entertainment.
Day 4 | Date: 11.09.2025
Learning objective: To know approaches to dealing with difficulties and conflicts and to practice dealing with challenges in a professional manner.
Components: Purpose and functioning of coaching on the job; conflict and conflict resolution models.
Day 5 | Date: 12.09.2025
Learning objective: recapitulation of what has been learned, closing gaps in understanding, consolidating application competence
