Coaching and training without values is like sailing without a compass.

We define transparent goals and always check whether we achieve them. Our measures are aligned with the goal:

  • We move the most effective levers.
  • We select methods and trainers that are suitable to achieve the goal.
  • We do what is necessary, not what is popular.
  • If we have to, we make ourselves unpopular in the change process. We are happy to accept this for a success-oriented change.
  • We believe one hundred and ten percent in the success of our methods.
  • We focus on the solution, not the problem.
  • We are always oriented towards the better.

Most coaches and trainers say, “Our results can’t be measured because they depend on people.”

We say, “Human behavior is also accountable.”

We can measure performance and review our successes. That is why we work consistently with measurable targets and KPIs.

  • At least 50% of our training and coaching takes place “on the job”.
  • What we teach our customers, we ourselves demonstrate to our trainers and coaches. Our strong practical orientation is one of the reasons why our measures have a particularly lasting effect.
  • The main part of our work is “open heart surgery”.

We establish self-supporting systems with our customers and practice them on the job until they work steadily without us.

We tailor our concepts individually to our customers. In doing so, we pay attention to every detail, even those that others might not consider, such as the age structure of the team, its socio-cultural composition or different personality types. In doing so, we benefit from our academic background.
