Your range of tasks
As an employee in training management, your tasks comprise in particular:
1. Invitation management for participants (from invitation email, participant list creation, route planning to finalizing the hotel and catering service provider)
2. Preparation/editing of training documents (according to preparatory work/template of the Training Department, e.g. flipcharts, trainer and participant scripts, exercise sheets)
3. Support in the in-house seminar center (see above, as support for the trainers and/or lecturers)
4. Support to training management in day-to-day administrative business (from requesting trainer availability, sending action documents to trainers, checking participant lists, evaluating feedback forms, creating and sending flipchart protocols)
