We carry out potential analyses in the personnel area for all hierarchical levels of the company, from the employees to the management board. Our work is mainly carried out in the event of mergers and changes in the company; our focus is on existing employees. We determine a complex potential profile according to professional and personal characteristics in order to be able to evaluate the capability potentials individually, i.e. according to the client’s requirements.
