How do we change it?
Goal: Improving customer relationships by embracing the brand values and applying them in customer communications.
Solution: Development and implementation of a communication strategy to translate brand values from theory into everyday working practice. Training in methodological skills for managers and staff.
Methods:
- Developing a project plan with senior management (management kick-off)
- Training sessions with specialists and managers (coach-the-coach), with 50% of the programme focused on practical application through passing on the methods learnt to staff
- Coach-the-Coach refresher course in day-to-day operations
Result: Managers and staff have learnt to apply abstract brand values in their day-to-day work. Behavioural patterns and customer communication have been aligned with the brand values. Customer satisfaction has increased.

What next?
Goal: Support managers, against the backdrop of the abruptly changed reality of work (New Work, working from home), in achieving their customer-related goals (availability, service contact).
Due to the Covid lockdown, a large number of staff were suddenly working from home.
Our task was to maintain key performance indicators and staff retention under these radically changed working conditions.
Solution: Building a digital leadership culture: remote leadership, team agility, virtual routines.
Methods:
- Coach the Coach: team kick-offs, brief feedback sessions, goal-setting discussions
- Short training sessions on changing communication routines, quality assessments, etc.
- A collection of phrases for use when dealing with customers
Result: Stable figures despite rapid changes to the way work is organised in the home office.
Our specialists and managers have made significant progress in the area of soft skills; their sales-oriented communication skills have improved considerably.
