The measures are individual, interactive and multidimensional. They take into account the individual starting situation, integrate the strengths of the participants and use several main levers and a variety of methods.

Advanced training and event management
1. Objective
For many years, our company has been working successfully with SPM 2000 in the area of advanced training and event management for our executives, internal trainers and employees. […] The multi-level advanced training of our training managers and trainers is an important project of our cooperation.

Based on an individual conception of SPM 2000, a trainer potential analysis was carried out, which all our internal trainers went through. 1. Objective
We have chosen SPM-2000 to make our service more productive and even more customer-oriented.
2. Concept
The concept, which was adapted to our needs, involved the entire department with a 90% on-the-job training measure. This means that employees, multipliers, site reporters and managers were addressed and involved in equal measure. SPM-2000 is characterized by the fact that it succeeds in precisely analyzing and structuring complex issues and in reshaping processes with the appropriate communication and anchoring them positively among employees. In addition, they have a strong enthusiasm for people and a high presence of the trainers.
3. Success factors
The result was a 10% increase in availability already during the period of the measure, as well as a noticeable increase in professionalism and thus increased customer satisfaction. We owe these results not only to the trainer team but also to the excellent consulting services provided by SPM-2000.
