Philosophy Certification Employees

The SPM 2000 group of companies is a training and consulting company with a permanent staff of employees and trainers and a complementary selection of freelancers. For more than 15 years, we have been successfully training and advising companies throughout Germany and Europe in the qualification and further training of their managers and employees, in their structural and operational organization as well as in change management processes. Since March 2010 seminars and training courses have been offered in our own seminar center.


We focus on better results and communication.

In contrast to the classic marketing mix, SPM 2000 has pursued a holistic approach since its foundation, deliberately focusing on a smaller number of customers. The core element of this corporate policy is a partnership-based collaboration with the customer, which is reflected in individual, personal support and generates a level of relationship between customers and service providers. This individual and continuous customer care generates a steady mutual development and healthy growth. In this way, competencies and concepts are specifically developed with the customers for their special requirements. The basis of trust between customers and service providers is, for example, an important foundation for the implementation of change management measures.


Uniform processes for consistent quality.

Despite the diversity of personalities in our team and the large number of flexible methods, consistent quality is very important to us. Therefore clear and uniform processes are the basis of our work. We see ourselves as a role model: SPM 2000 is an educational institution and has a quality management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, which we have re-certified every year from HZA.
